Fitaway does not collect, store, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers.
Fitaway uses the front camera only while you are actively in a workout to count reps with Apple's Vision framework. The video stream is processed entirely on your device in real time. Nothing is recorded, saved, or transmitted — no frame ever leaves your iPhone.
If you grant permission, Fitaway sends local reminders from your device. No notification data is sent to any server.
In-app subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) are processed by Apple's App Store. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous Apple-provided identifier solely to verify entitlement. Apple and RevenueCat handle this data under their own privacy policies:
Fitaway is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone.

Fitaway grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.
Fitaway is for general fitness and entertainment purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitaway and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App's developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
